ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION

After a 14-months period of weekly training, The Rhino Resort Hotel & Spa obtained on 18 December, 2012 the certification of its Quality Management System (QMS) under the ISO 9001:2008 Norm.
The certification was issued by ProCert SA, certifying that the Management System of the hotel The Rhino Resort has been audited and found to comply with the requirements of this standard.
This demonstrates the continuous concern of our team to satisfy the needs of our customers, looking to add value and ensure quality in the service we offer.
